Works in a road reserve need an approved plan before anyone sets foot on site. We prepare traffic management plans, traffic guidance schemes and permit applications for councils, road authorities and the contractors working for them — lodged, tracked and managed through to approval across Melbourne and regional Victoria.

Traffic Management Plans

A traffic management plan sets out how vehicles, pedestrians and workers move safely around your works. We prepare TMPs for maintenance, construction and utility works in the Victorian road reserve — scoped to the site, written to the conditions your road authority will actually assess against, and revised without argument when they come back.

Traffic Guidance Schemes & Site Layouts

The TGS is the drawing your crew works to on the day. We produce site-specific guidance schemes for each stage of works — lane closures, detours, pedestrian and cyclist provision, speed zones — so the layout on the ground matches the layout that was approved, and an auditor can see that it does.

Permits, Consent & Road Authority Approvals

Every works occupancy needs the right consent from the right authority, and a wrong lodgement costs weeks. We identify the coordinating road authority, prepare and lodge the application, respond to conditions and track it through to approval — including memoranda of authorisation where works affect a declared road.

Special Events & Road Closures

Festivals, markets, sporting events, filming and crane lifts all need a plan and a closure approval before the first barrier goes out. We plan temporary closures and detours around resident access, public transport and emergency service routes, and prepare the documentation councils need to approve them.
